These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of floral products and services (“Services”) from Fiore & Co, a home‑based florist studio located in Sydney, NSW. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

  • Fiore & Co operates as a home‑based florist studio under a registered Australian Business Number 12410503613

  • All Services are provided in accordance with NSW regulations for home‑based businesses.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies.

2. Standard Orders, Custom Orders & Payment

  • Standard orders and custom orders must be placed through our website, social media channels, or directly via email/message.

    Please note: allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, card payment, or approved digital platforms.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

3. Floral Substitutions

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers:

  • We may substitute blooms of similar style, colour, and value when specific varieties are unavailable.

  • We will always maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of your arrangement.

  • For major design changes, we will contact you for approval where possible.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery

  • Delivery is available within selected Sydney suburbs.

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be confirmed at checkout or upon enquiry.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location unless otherwise instructed.

    Please note: Large, X-Large, and floor size arrangements are only available for pick-up or hand delivery (at an additional cost).

Pickup

  • Pickup is available from our home studio by appointment only.

  • The exact address will be provided after order confirmation for privacy and safety reasons.

5. Care Instructions

  • Fresh Flowers are perishable. Care instructions are provided with each order.

  • Dried & preserved flowers are delicate. Care instructions are provided with each order.

  • We are not responsible for reduced vase life due to improper care, environmental conditions, or handling after delivery/pickup.

6. Event & Wedding Bookings

  • A non‑refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure event dates.

  • Final payment is due 14 days before the event.

  • Changes to event orders must be requested in writing.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non‑refundable due to pre‑purchased materials and labour.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Cancellations for standard orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time.

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, refunds are not provided once an order has been created or delivered.

  • If you believe your order is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 12 hours with photos so we can assess the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion in line with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Photography & Marketing

  • We may photograph arrangements for portfolio and marketing purposes.

  • We will never share personal information, private addresses, or identifiable client details without consent.

9. Home Studio Safety & Privacy

  • As a home‑based business, our studio address is shared only with confirmed customers.

  • Customers attending pickups must follow safety instructions and remain in designated areas.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who breaches safety or privacy boundaries.

10. Privacy & Personal Information

  • We collect personal information solely for order fulfilment and communication.

  • Your information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

  • We do not share your information with third parties except where required for delivery or legal compliance.

11. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

    • Allergic reactions to flowers or foliage

    • Damage caused by improper care

    • Delays outside our control

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
